i need to know how to stop the stalled cartridge error message and get my printer to operate again. Any ideas on that one???

Hp psc1310 3 in one printer cartridge stalled

Power off printer,remove cartridge,clean the cartridge connector in the carriage and on the ink cartridge.
GENTLY move the carriage back and forth(with the power STILL off).If there is any binding,clean the carriage and carriage ways with a lint-free cloth moistened with alcohol.
