HP psc 750 fails to print, same file pending again and again

I have HP psc 750 printer/scanner/copier.When I try to print it says document failed to print and 1 document pending. I cancel and when I print again there it is again. It's always the same document that appears I don't choose it.I don't recognise the file name. It is mhtml:mid://00000032/ I keep cancelling but when I try to print again it pops up. Please help
