HP PSC 2175 Cd loads to 18% Quits

I have a Compaq 310v,P1.8,512mb Ram XP Pro Sp1, I have been
trying to load the drivers for a "HP PSC 2175 ALL IN ONE" printer. The CD load to 18% stops no error messages. I have Update Bios from compaq etc. We have test the cd on a compaq pesario running uprade to xppro it loads.
