HP psc 1402

Ihave tried to install my HP all-in-one device about 50 times each time it finishes recognising new hardware,it gives an error message asking for file hpzimc.09...i can find lots of "z"files but not this one....this printer installs and works immediatley on another machine

I would suggest that you get onto HP tech support. They should be able to help you.

Might have a bad CD. Try downloading and see if that works.
Also, some drives might not be able to read all CD's.
