HP PSC 1317 Printing graphics in block black

I have an HP PSC 1317 with the latest driver downloaded from the HP website.

The problem I have is that our company stationery has the address as a copied image in the Header. When printing and docs using our headed stationery, the address is printed as a large black square.

The other image in the header (logo) is ok, but this was added as an image from file. The address was copied and pasted as I don't have the origional image file.

The Lasers in the office handle it OK

HELP : Is it a driver or Image problem.
