Hi,
We have just had a random reboot of our server and in the event logs we had the following: -
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Storage Agents
Event Category: Events
Event ID: 1070
Date: 30/10/2008
Time: 11:07:38
User: N/A
Computer: XXXXXXXXX
Description:
SCSI Physical Drive Status Change.
The SCSI physical drive with SCSI target 7 connected to SCSI bus 1 of the controller in slot 3 has a new status of 10.
(Drive status values: 1=other, 2=ok, 3=failed, 4=notConfigured, 5=badCable, 6=missingWasOk, 7=missingWasFailed, 8=predictiveFailure, 9=missingWasPredictiveFailure, 10=offline, 11=missingWasOffline)
[SNMP TRAP: 5020 in CPQSCSI.MIB]
The last time we had this a disk had failed in the RAID5 array, we replaced and all was fine. This time the HP Diagnostics are not finding any disk problems. Any other reasons why this would happen?
Thanks
Lee
