Please help!!!
I have an HP Deskjet 710C printer and HP Compaq TC1100 Tablet PC that won't print correctly. Operating System is XP. The test page begins to print and then stops & fails. This is also true from other software programs (i.e. word etc.)
Both machines work with other devices (i.e. the 710C prints from other PC's and the TC1100 prints to other Printers like the 960c etc.). I've tried installing latest drivers, used new cables etc. Also plenty of room on the hard disk.
Strange thing is that it used to work okay.
Anybody know of tests or fixes available ?
