HP printer printing in one computer but not in another

Hi,
I have a HP 710 deskjet printer that works perfect with one of my computers, but when I try it on my second computer, it will print only from Paint, but not from Word 2000. I only get blank pages. I am running Win 2000. Any ideas? Thanks

You may want to download the latest service pack for your office 2000 suite, also check for latest service releases for your operating system too...
