We currently have a dummy test server set up to work out all the bugs before we completely switch over from NT 4.0 to W2K. We can print to one of our printers (a HP 5Si) with no problem, but no one can print to the other printer (a HP 4000 series) from the 2000 box even though it still works on the NT 4.0 box. We even get notification that it has printed but nothing actually comes out of the printer. Any one ever encountered anything like this? I've downloaded the current drivers and that didn't make a difference at all. The printer itself sits on a NT 4.0 server if that makes any difference.

Have you service-packed the test box to level 1 yet? I've seen that straighten out some odd troubles.
