I'm using an HP 692C to print signs with a blue border and red lettering. It looks fine on the screen, but when I print it, it comes out with blue borders and green lettering. How can I fix this?
Thanks,
jnix

Your colour cartridge in the printer may be out of red ink, or the print head may be clogged or faulty. If you are sure there is plenty of ink try cleaning the print heads through software or manually with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. Help us to help you, please post back and tell us if this helped.
All things are possible except skiing through a revolving door.
