HP Printer 4N Problems

any documents that she receives from others that should print in landscape is not printing properly. The lefthand side of the document/chart is cut off.

The printer in question is a 4000n.

Have mixed enviroment of Windows NT4.0 and wndows 2000

Try and use the newest PCL 5e driver found here :

unless you have to use a postscriptdriver for PDF or complexed graphics printing. The PCL 5e driver tends to be the most compatible driver when used in a mixed environment.
