HP Photosmart C6180 showing Error 0xc18a0107

Help please!

After changing two colour cartridges, my printer displayed the message - 'ink system failure' error 0xc18a0107.

I have followed the advice given by HP - turn off, disconnect from mains, remove cartridges, wait 2 mins, reconnect, restart, insert cartridges - and the message is still displaying.

Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone else know anything I can do please?

Did you run the ink dry? You may have to start-up several times, and start with the ink in.
Does it error when you start without the ink in?
The ink station may have gone bad.
