I contacted HP and they said it was a "memory issue". So, upgraded memory from 256 to 512. No change. I go to Layout, choose Scale to Fit, which brings up a dialog box. I choose Scale to Fit Paper in Device, then click OK. It goes back to Layout, and the Scale to Fit button is no longer checked. Would appreciate any help offered. Thanks.
