I have a staff member with XP Pro on her home machine who is using RDP to access her XP Pro machine in the office.
Her local printer isnt being seen by the remote machine.
Under local resources, printers is checked.
Is there anywhere to find out if this photosmart 7550 is compatible?. She is currently using a USB connection, Im going to have her switch to a parallel connection to see it that works, as it did for another printer which ahd the same issue....
