One of my users has an HP Photosmart 1215 printer connected to her PC, by the LPT1 port. Every once and awhile, when she is printing, the printer will turn itself off and restsrt itself. Whatever she was currently printing will stop and the page will eject and she will have to start printing the page agian. It does this whether she is printing a large file or a small file. I have checked all the cables to make sure they are not loose. The PC she has the printer connected to is running Windows XP, but it also did it while the PC was running Windows 98. The drivers are current and have been reinstalled and it still seems to do it. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks for your help in advance.
