HP P600 RAID controller - number of arrays

Hi,
I have to do a server rebuild later this week. It has a P600 RAID controller, with 6 drives configured as a big RAID5 array. I'd like to change the RAID config, but there's a few things I'm not sure of. Main one is how many arrays can go a P600. I'd like to mirror the system drives, and put the rest in a RAID5. Is this possible please?
I've looked at the hp page for this
