Hi all,

One silly question to ask: if it is possible to install the HPOVO 7.0 for (HP-UX) into Sun Solaris machine,
what are the different between the HPOVO 7.0 for HP-UX and HPOVO 7.0 for Sun Solaris ?

Thank you very much.

Lawrence

It is impossible to install a compiled software to a different unix platform. You must get the solaris version for installation.

Lawrence Hi,

As kwtso says, you need the Solaris version of HP/OVO. Once you have that you shouldn't notice any differences between running on HPUX and running on Solaris. Mike
