HP or DELL tape backup drive -- who is better??

I'm trying to decide between a $1100 HP SureStore 40GB DDS4 versus a $800 Dell PV100T DDS4 40GB tape backup drive. I have a Dell PowerEdge Server. Any input??

I think you'll find that the 'Dell' unit is actually a Seagate, they are in our PowerEdges. So it's really HP or Seagate.
