HP Openview and CiscoWorks Integration

I am running HP Openview 6.1 and CiscoWorks 2000 5th edition version 2.1. I am running both on Solaris 7 on a sparc server. When I open Openview and highlight a router, then try to open ciscoview nothing comes up. Ciscoview does not work from within Openview. It only works separatly. Can anyone help??? Thank you.
