Hi we use it at my company. Main function to manage the machines on a network both local and wan. How helpful???? well it sure beats typing in command line and it does give a very nice gui to work with. Commone probs. getting lost on the network ie clicking on the wrong Icon and going out on the wan to another site by accident. A little slow at times discovering a new workstation on any given network. Always wants to reconfigure the gui display on you (even with auto off). Licence broker not working properly. And the biggest problem that we have here is that if one of my workstations goes down I have to call HP and get a new licence for the replacement workstation so that position is down until the E-mail comes in.
