can anyone help me? HP Certainly wont!

I have lost my recovery CD for my hp omnibook XE3 laptop. I have contacted HP who will not even sell me one! due to copyright agreements with Microsoft.

Can anyone with an XE3 please send me a copy of the recovery CD - I will pay for this if you can help.
