Hi,
I have one of the above printers and it works fine bar the Digital Filing. Usually when I use this feature it comes back either with either:-
Cannot connect to \\SERVER\Scans. Make sure the remote computer is turned on.
or:-
Cannot write to \\SERVER\Scans. Disk may be full or folder is write protected.
Both these statements are totally incorrect! The problem is that it may take half a dozen or more attempts to do one scan so is both time wasting and frustrating! I have re-set-up the Direct Digital Filing via the EWS a number of times, and both re-booted both the server and printer but to no avail. Has anybody got any ideas what to try next? HELP?*!
