HP OfficeJet D145 Color Flatbed Multifunctional Printer

I am deciding on whether to by the HP OfficeJet D145 Color Flatbed Multifunctional Printer or the Canon Multipass F80 Color Bubblejet Multifunctional printer.

The HP is about $150 more, but that is not a concern. Please if anyone has any suggestions or if anyone has a suggestion on a different and better print/scan/fax/copy machine in the $350 to $550 range please let me know.
