Ok, this is over my head. This new printer will print everything else I send to it perfectly, however when I try to print Excel Spreadsheets it doesn't seem to respond. I am stumped. I tried adjusting margins, connecting cables, re-installing software, etc. And nothing helps. When I try to print the computer does one of two things, either it flashes the Spooler very quickly across the screen and the printer makes one small adjustment like its about to print (and nothing else happens), or the computer will bring up the ink level (which it does for every print) and the printer makes the same noise, but either way nothing happens. Can anyone think of anything I am doing wrong or offer any advice? Thanks

Is the printer ejecting paper?

There are some settings in Excel for handling printing... sounds more like an Excel issue.

I would try:

File --> Print Area --> Clear Print Area

... then try printing again. If you don't have pre-defined print areas, then excel will automatically set the print area to print as much on a page as it can. If you have, for example, a set of blank cells set for your print area, you'll get nothing.

I would also try File --> Page Setup --> Sheet
and check some of the options there, such as "Print Black and White" just to make sure you don't have some funky color settings not printing there.

Just my 2¢

Ok, Tried all that but nothing helped. The printer makes a sound like its going to start and then quits.

I did find out its only on certain spreadsheets - not all. Can you think of any reason why that would be?

Thanks for the help!
