HP Network Scanjet 5 Scanner

I have HP Network Scanjet 5 network scanner which was working fine until recently.
The scanner has services running on a NT 4.0 Print Server and it is configured with Static IP address and also SMTP as well.
At present I recieve error message on the scanner which is " (152) Network error User not reachable(003d)"

I have checked event log, but there is no errors.

Help please !!!
