We have an Exchange 2k server on a DL580 with a NC3434 (network fault tolerant team). Understandable, there is some latency in Exchange when we test the fault tolerance of the team by unplugging the primary port of the NC3434.
It concerns me though that even after reconnecting the NIC the Insight Manager 7 continues to report the Team as degraded. There is no indication of problems on either port of the NIC, just the team. We have tried disabling and re-enabling the team without success in clearing the alert. There does not seem to be any noticeable impact on Exchange performance...
My question is: Does this indicate a potential problem with the Network Card, Wire or Teaming Configuration? The teaming configuration is NFT (Network Fault Tolerant).
