We have been having problems with our Netserver for almost two weeks now. It locks up intermittently, the tape backup never completes because it locks up, and when I try to restart it sometimes it never starts--it just sits there and I have to restart it several times to get it to start up. HP is telling me its because there is non HP memory installed however it has the same memory in it that it came with. I did add memory recently (non HP) but I have removed that to try and diagnose this problem. Does anyone have any ideas or do you think HP is right?
