HP Multifunction Printer L7780 error code 83c00009

I have been having a terrible time with HP Tech Support. They will not tell me what error code 83c00009 means and a true solution. I just get the standard answers that apply to dummies that don't know how to turn on a machine.

Do you know any of the mfgr code combos to solve this problem?

Any help is most appreciated.
