HP Multi NIC Teaming

On our servers I have HP Teaming (Load Balancing) enabled. This doesn't increase the bandwidth just servers as redundancy and as it says loadbalance. Are there other teaming software available that will allow for actual bandwidth increase when the two nic's are are teamed and not just load balance?
