HP Model D145 Printer Won't Print

Keeps saying tri-color cartridge out of ink please replace.
Replaced it with a new one, still doesn't work. Even put in all new print heads and no results. Restarted printer, restarted and shut down computer still come up with the same meesage out of color ink. Says press enter to continue but it won't and it cancels the print queue. Please help?

A possible solution would be to uninstall the printer and its drivers and re-install.
Read the manual for uninstall and re-install as it can vary from printer to printer. For instance, some printers have you install the drivers before you even plug the printer in.
Anyway, a complete re-install should correct your printer problem.
