I have 2 HP MFP printers that are giving me grief. Two of them would boot up until you see the HP logo and the lights cycle, and it just sits there and keeps on flashing the logo and cycling the lights.

I had another long dead machine, so I tried popping its harddrive in these two machines, and when i to a "print config" or any print, it says data received, but never even tries to spit anything out.

Lastly, I took a harddrive out of a known working 4101, and when i plug it into these two, I get a "Hard disk not found error"

I tried doing a cold reset on the drives that were not working and it did not make a change on either. Once the meeting is done upstairs, I am taking a "bad" HD to put into the known working printer and see what happens.
