Sounds like a driver issue. Is it all users, or just one user? Is the printer showing any other errors? Is it networked, or plugged into a PC directly? Am I asking too many questions? Does this shirt make me look fat?

Is it a hawaiian shirt?
Yeah, it's the wrong driver being used.
What app is the user printing from?
Re-install driver locally, or network only?

Hi there --
Sorry for the delay in responding. I just found out that the printer is not the model I was originally told it was....so, that explains that issue! Driver has been reinstalled and all is well for now. Thanks for your input!!
