I have a PC which is directly connected to a Datamax I-4206 Label Printer using LPT:1. The issue I am having is every time I add a networked HP Laserjet 4250 to this particular pc it places itself on LPT:1 but uses the Datamax printer drivers when printing out of any application. I am succesful in sending a test print (full page print out). But if I use any type of application I get a 4 x 6 (label dimension) print out. Can anyone assist with this one?

Do you have a separate driver installed correctly with a standard TCP/IP port for the networked LJ 4250 ?
Another reason could be that you have the label printer selected as default printer causing your PC to select that one whenever you print.

Yes I do have a seperate driver installed correctly for the networked LJ 4250. I will try setting the LJ as the default printer and check out the results. Thanks for the insight hpwizzard.
