Hello,

Our Hp 4200 is giving a error message regarding paper jam. There is not paper jam in printer. I replaced rollers and still getting error regarding paper jam. I told the tray (2) out of that printer in installed it in a good hp LJ 4200 and heard the paper being lefted, but don't hear that same noise in the broken one. Could this be the lefter that is causing the problem? If so what do I need to order for fix this?

As with all paper jams you need to be very carefull and realize where the jam sensors are.

Typically if you are getting a jam message and you dont see it, I would have to guess that its a small piece jammed right where the sensor is located, or out of sight.

You can get cut-out graphics of your printer from HP.com in the parts area. They may assist you in your troubleshooting.
