We have an older LH4 that, when powered gives a beep code of 1-3-1-3 and then nothing happens. We have replaced the VRMs, making sure they are matching and compatible and still the same number of beeps and no output. We also replaced the power supplies but no dice. The management processor says everything is fine which it is obviously not. Any other ideas?
