HP LH2000 getting Event ID: 9 mraid2k

We have an HP LC2000 U3 with the following SCSI components:
HP Netraid 1M w/3 HDD
SymbiosSDMS w/Jazz drive
Adaptec AHA 2930C w/HP Surestore Dat24x6
The following error is all over the System event log:

Booting the server allows us access to it, but it becomes inaccessible after a while. This is usually after trying to "do something" on the server.
I am assuming this is a problem with the HP Net Raid controller, but just positive.
What tools are available to diagnose and trouble shoot this?
