We've got an HP LaserJet III printer in our environment which was running as a standalone for quite a while, we recently set it up as a controlled access printer (using NDPS) and since then anything printed off that printer prints off a single page with two PJL commands...

or something like that. Any idea why this would have only started happening after we put it on the network? I've looked around and have come up with nothing. Any help would be great! Thanks!

How are you creating the NDPS Printer? DOes it have a JetDirect card/box attached to it? -----------------------------------------------------

I was not here when the printers were set up with NDPS but I do know that the printer that is printing the banner pages is set up with a JetDirect 170x box.

In the NDPS Printer object, select the Configuration tab. Select the configuration (probably named [Default Printer Configuration]) and click on the Modify button. On the screen that pops up, choose the Notification tab and ensure that the boxes are not ticked.
