HP Laserjet-Crystal reports paper handling problems

Our clients have the following problems whith output from Crystal Reports

1. HPLaserjet 2100 and HPLaserjet6: Assumes manual paper feed required and waits for Go button to be pressed whenever a report is sent to the printer.

2. HPLaserjet 5P, HP Laserjet 4100 and 4000T: Only takes paper from the top tray.

3. HPLaserjet 6P: Prints a blank page after every report.

Clients have already downloaded and applied the latest driver updates for these printers from the HP website. What next?
