Hi,
We're having multiple issues with some laserjet 4300 and 4350's. One of the strangest is that occasionally the user will print a document from word which prints all squashed in to the top left corner. Basically the document they have printed is faithfully reproduced in thumbnail size in the corner. I think I've seen this somewhere before but it has been an incorrect printer driver. This printer is using the 4300 PCL 6 driver printing through a queue set up on a Windows 2000 server.
The user closes Word, reopens it and then printing works as normal. I think they're using a macro to print to different trays but can't see how it would cause this issue.
Any Ideas???
