We recently had our LaserJet 4250 sent off to be serviced and when it returned there is no way for us to check the levels of the ink or the maintenance kits for the printers. I thought that this might be something that the service technician may have set, but we haven't sent any of the 4200's off to be repaired. The problems with the 4250's were with the swing plate assembly and fuser. We had to replaced all of the swing plate assembly. My question is, is there a way to turn the feature back on that will enable us to view the ink levels/maintenace kits or is this due to a "hand me down" reusable toner? Thanks in advance
