Hiya
This is probably easily fixed but I can't see the quarry for the coal face!
I have a laserjet 4100 printer which is networked and connected to the print server via a tcp port.
It is configured on the server so it uses Tray 1 as unspecified, Tray 2 as headed paper and Tray 3 as plain paper. It is also set up so that when tray 3 runs out of paper it doesn't automatically start printing on the headed paper on tray 2 (and vice versa).
The problem I have is that users want to be able to select the paper source and can't because it is greyed out. I have had a look on the print server and the Source is box under the paper tab is also greyed out.
I'm sure I'm doing something dumb but how to I configure this so I and the users can select the paper source?!
Thanks in advance
D
