I have an HP LJ4050 that is showing the error message "paperjam". I have taken apart this printer and cannot find any paperjams of any sort. Please help, on the verge of pulling an Office Space.
Check the event log of the printer. It will tell a code which will explain what sensor has been triggered causing the message paperjam (usually 13.XX) Also check that all sensor flags moves freely and those that are optical are not blocked by any paperdust or dirt.
Old printer. What is the maintenence schedule?
