Hp laserjet 4+ loosing characters

I am trying to print from outlook returned emails and they are consistantly loosing letters here and there.

I am not sure where to go from here.

I will fix my own problem. I found that if you move the print driver back to a laserjet 4 instead of a 4plus this will work.

I have the same problem woth a Laserjet 5, does anyone knows what driver I have to use then....
