I'm having problems with a LJ2200DN, trying to print from Outlook2000. A user is receiving mails from a newsgroup, where the mail is in HTML format. Trying to push the "Print" button in Outlook, and after 5 minutes of waiting, the print queue is saying "printing - printer error". All I can do is purging the printer and restarting the spooler service on the printer server(NT 4.0 Sp6a). All other mails is printing and all other applications is printing, only not HTML mails. I've also seen that when printing ordinary mails, the print queue says "Outlook memo style" in the document name, but when printing this HTML mails, the queue says "outbind://0023023404304340240" in the document name.

Any ideas what to do?

This must be yet another M$ problem if no other application fails to print and if you also can print from Internet Explorer. Try using a PCL5e driver for these prints instead of a PCL 6 if possible.
