hp laserjet 1150 stops printing

i installed an hp laserjet 1150 on a windows 98 pc. it will print for a while, then after a few prints, it doesn't print anymore. no error messages...the print jobs queue up. the printer display lights are green and orange when this occurs.

If the light are orange on printer, a media might be stuck or the toner low/out. If the printer is power cycled will it still light both yellow and green ? If only green then, can it then make a testpage by pressing button on printer ?
Check the general paperpath in printer for obstacles and inspect the feed roller in the tray.
