hp laserjet 111p on win2k&nt

Hi all

I have a Hp laserjet 111p printer that is physically connected to my pc running 2000, and it refuses to print, but when I take this printer and install it on an Nt machine it prints perfectly, how do I overcome this problem is there any fix available that u guys have comes across. Plse help.
