hi friends,

i am facing a problem in my HP Laser Jet 5000. The printout get faded at the end of the Page. i thought it must be a toner problem and changed it, but still it comes out the same way. 80% of the page is fine but the last 20% i.e end of the page is hardly visible.... what could be the reason? would appreciate any help.....

thanks

Since this printer is an A3 capable printer it usually prints regular sized letter or A4 paper loaded on the short edge. With this in mind I would think you have a worn transfer roller or a bad fuser.
You might want to try to print on a large format media to check if my suggestions are right. You should then get fading in one of the sides.
