Prints blank pages. Tried new driver, and tried printing from printer display. Everything comes out blank. Also, when trying to cancel a job, will print several pages (blank also). This happens off and on. I have witnessed the machine when it was working fine, and now it is not.
Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There is a service note on this issue related to the ITB (internal transfer belt) # C7085A-04. Eventually try and reseat the ITB. If problem persists, call your local HP support and tell them that you get continously blank pages. They should then send you a new ITB for free.

Also the ITB drawer could be at fault.
check the three pin contacts on the right side of drawer.
check the spring loaded sensor on the inside left also.
If all fails, pull the network card if present.

make sure everyone does not have full control on this printer only domain users print

hey seamus19,
i have a problem with a two 4200 laserjets on a network. what is this bugbear thing? it sounds like something i need to know about.
the 2 printers on the network started to print blank pages. i reinstalled the drivers on the server side. re-added the printers on each seperate users' desktop. it started to work.
worked for about 2 hours. now everyone printing to those 2 printers have blank pages. what's the deal?
