Hello All,
A HP 2840 is delivering copies of faxes to a user's Outlook. All is good there however, it happens lots of times -whether one or two or pages faxes- get cut off. Sometimes, it will show the top or bottom or the middle section. Say, a seven page fax and one page shows the above anomaly.
What gives?
Is this a hardware issue? It seems like it.
