the keyboards that come with the newer models of hp computers have some issues with holding down certain keys
that disable other keys which is quite annoying and frustrating, for example if your a "gamer" and say you "bind" "s" to move back and d "to step right" and you hold down those two keys at once and press "space" you will find whatever function you binded "space" to is disabled while holding down these combinations of keys. any body have any suggestions on fixing this problem, which seems to haunts every hp computer ive used =/bad drivers?

HP seems to have always done some weird things with their keyboards, such as turning on the computer by simply pressing the space bar. (I don't know if they still do since I have little experience with the new ones.) One thing you might do is go into CMOS (F2 on HP, I think) and disable any of that, then see what it will do.

Just a thought. [flush3] Butch
